We use clever technology to provide services and solve city problems. The main goals of a smart city are to improve policy efficiency, reduce waste and inconvenience, improve social and economic quality, and maximize social inclusion.

AY City provides a high quality education campus with primary, high school and University levels of education.
Environment
Our Welcome Center at Ay City promises to use food waste to an organic fertilizer converter system to support a sustainable clean environment for our visitors and town population.
Mobility
AY City is strategically located in Kandal province, easily accessible from National Roads 2 and 3 and only 10 minutes from the new Phnom Penh International Airport.
